Thank you so much! I am not worry about my teeth hurting but my jaw. I have TMJ and cannot close my mouth all the way without my splint. I am getting bit planes put on the back of my front teeth so it will hold my jaw open (to where it is right now) and so hopefully that will be okay for my jaw. Tim...

I will need a water pin bc my teeth are really close together and so it's hard to get the threader in between my teeth. Especially my lower teeth

As you can tell by my name, I'm in braces as part of my Phase II TMJD treatment. I had some pretty serious TMJD issues. I actually wore my lower splint for a total of 26 months.
