FOUR WEEKS AND COUNTING. I see movement everyday. Sometimes I feel more movement than anything. I guess I am doing ok considering I just got themon and eat anything I want, chips, candy, whatever, nothing broken and sore.

and yes I am aware that my camera is horrible. I had a great camera that we never used and then we sold it right after I took the before pictures...

well, I ended up in ceramics, I was planning to do all metal, but chose ceramic.... I do have people look at my closely sometimes...but they will double take metal or not... I think that the ceramic takes them longer to notice... other times theynotice as soon as I open my mouth.ugh

Well, today marks day 10 for me. I have minimal soreness, I can eat almost anything I want too. Today I chomped on lemon heads on the way to church... and ate a croutons in my salad and didn't even think twice about it.
