This thread is hilarious! I eat whatever I want to.. I only avoid foods the day or 2 after adjustments when I'm sore. I drink tea daily. I don't floss every day, I use interdental brushes instead My hygienist and orthodontist praise my oral hygiene all the time. I forget my elastics... a lot.... ann...

I got elastics the first day too... (Parrot). They're also fairly weak. In cross bite correction configuration. It can't be totally unheard of

Ahhh the vicodin is why you are sleeping so much! I took some the day I got braced (same day as you and also from the extraction!) and went to sleep shortly after for a little bit.
