OK I really do not know what to do. I went for 2 consults with 2 different Orthodontists. Both agree that Invisalign is best for me because of poor enamel development. But One (keep in mind she has only been an ortho for 4 years) says she cannot fix my bite ANY better than 50% tops..because I am ful...

ok this is weird. I had reactions to rubber bands when I had braces..I got Flu like symptoms and we eliminated latex as the culprit..I got better when i removed them and got sick again with them back in so now I'm about to start invisalign do you think I'll have the same thing???

If your pain is going into your jaw and into your ear that's a sign of infection I would call your doctor about that! Ulcers are one thing but you shouldn't have the secondary pain!

Personally..I wouldn't trust orthodontia to a regular dentist no matter how well I liked him or her. and you'll find that regular dentists don't charge as much so that might be why the difference in price..Just a personal opinion

I'm new too! i haven't even had my impressions done yet! I am excited tho!

My ortho recommended twice a year and my insurance won't pay for more! but with invisalign you're brushing your teeth more frequently anyway so you shouldn't need to go every 3 months unless it's a personal preference!

I would maybe have your othodontist call the company and make sure your tray wasn't made in error..b/c if it was maybe your other ones could be faulty as well even if they fit

IS it an attachment like if you are getting rubber bands with your Invisalign?
