Your teeth look really good , I've never seen so many rubber bands. Just wondering is it difficult to talk/eat?? Do you have to always take them on/off ??

I didn't try to floss for weeks after mine first went on . My ortho told me not to as well , Everything will be sore and tender , i wouldn't worry to much about it for now.

toothshop co nz , they are available here in NZ. I've never used one, I'd prolly buy one if i had a spare couple of hundy. But i don't , so i'll stick to the brush , floss , mouthwash.

Hey , My ortho told me told to worry about flossing when they first went on, Yeah everything to tight, also sensitive and sore. He never told me to start flossing either. I think i started maybe a month into it. Try it but if its tight or sore , dont worry for now.

HI , yeah thats normal. Teeth move and gums become softer and sensitive . Probably happen throughout your treatment.
