Thanks Jaws for the help. I read all the links you provided and am really starting to feel that this bite plate may turn out ok but for now I am sticking to softer foods and some advil to help the pain. I hope tomorrow is a better day. Thanks alot!

I got my braces and a bite plate yesterday. I was wondering if anyone with a bite plate could tell me how long it takes to get use too. It is really annoying me now and it is really hard to eat. Any advice would be deeply appreciated. Thanks!
