Had Xrays, photos and consult from 1 doctor which was paid already.
If I know that work that needs to be done is it unreasonable to expect a "ballpark" figure from a provider over the phone without paying a consultation fee which many places offer?

Orthognathic surgery double jaw costs
Live in Portland OR.. Looking for out of state or out of country alternatives. Was quoted $16,860 (not covered by insurance) by the Hospital University which we work for. However they do perform sex change operations under insurance... Anywho... any good way to compare costs for Canada etc?
