Ortho mentioned he would need to do this later in treatment...I already have super sensitive front teeth. Am using GC tooth mousse for the last 8 weeks to help with that. I'm worried if it makes your teeth sensitive if they already are?

Getting my bottom braces today and dreading how much longer its going to take me with both braces! Not to forget the extra beauty routine that goes with being a women. I top 5mins with oral and facial care with just ceramics and thinking that would be 20+ from tonight!

I mentioned the chip on my front tooth and ortho said not to worry as they file and shape teeth after treatment anyway. They will even perfect the canines and give the whole mouth more symmetry. Ofcourse I'm thrilled! ;)

My ortho put clear ligatures at the first appointment without asking and as I couldn't give up coffee, I use straw all the time. Once at a cafe too while out at brunch with family but have since decided not to order when out again! I didn't notice any staining until a few days into it, I grabbed hub...

Had my top ceramics two weeks ago and going in today to get bottom metal braces put on. At 28, it was about time to change something I didn't like about myself and prevent future damage to the teeth. Looking at 18 months treatment and then another 6 months of full time clear retainers. Fingers cross...
