Ah it's so tempting to get different colors. I got clear ceramic braces but I'm tempted to try some colored ones

I found the best is to apply some Vaseline at night

My impacted canine came out when I was about 18. Lucky for me. But I've ignored it for the past years. Late 2012 I decided to get braces to aligned my canine. I'm 7 months in and the canine is finally somewhat aligned

Additionally, if you forget anything you can always call or email your ortho's office. Mine was great about answering follow up questions

Because my right canine is behind the rest of my teeth, my two front teeth were pulled back. So my smile looks tilted. So yes, for the dirt 4 months my teeth did look a lot worst than it was before extractions and braces
