It looks like you might have a long face but really I can't tell, could be the angle - but it often goes hand in hand with mouth breathing. 4mm of overjet, however, is not a lot. Welcome to the board! I am also new on here.

You will find the braces painful/ uncomfortable at first. Give it a week. if it still hurts speal to your orthodontist.

I wor braces 4 years ago and had similar issues.

No more lip incompetece, no lip strain, better bite.

That is amazing. You teeth look almost perfect in 8 weeks. Im 19 and looking to maybe getting braces.
