Hey, I had my second adjustment yesterday and now I have 18 on uppers and lowers. Also, I currently have 6 month smile.

Hiya! I'm 19 and living in the UK too! :D . I had the metal train track braces when I was around 13, but my teeth relapsed soon after because I was reluctant to wear the retainer. I had them when I was 13, stupidly didn't wear retainer for long enough and they relapsed. So I decided to get them again at 19 and this time I've opted for the 6 month smile and I'm paying for it, so I want that perfect smile!
