So the braces are finally off and I am now in retainers. I am absolutely over the moon with the results!

Here is an update. Currently on week 17 of braces and doing really well!

I am 17 weeks into my treatment now and all seems to be going well!! I have noticed a significant shift in my teeth and my bite chages pretty much every day!

So I am nearly a month in and things are going ok. Still struggling with food and my bite seems to be changing in the last few days.
I'm hoping you might be able to spot some movement!

Yeah I have them on the upper arch on the two teeth either side of my front. Can't remember the proper name for them!! They are driving me crazy as I cannot eat anything which requires chewing!

Kellog's I'm on day 6 of 6MS and my speech seems ok. What is laughable is the way in which I have to eat. My back teeth do not meet at all and my front so sensitive I dare not use them! Everything is being liquidized!
