Hey everyone. I just got my date for my upper jaw surgery. I will have my jaw advancement done on November 25th. Just want to get a group going for that month.

I was told by my ortho to tell my surgeon that I want a "class 1 inclusion and midline ...." something along those lines. He told me to say this after I told him my oral surgeon was going to move my upper jaw a mm off center to match my lower jaw. After two years of braces and a sarpe surg...
