Is the retainer going to put it all back in place? When I do take the retainer out I dont leave it out for long. Just to eat or brush!

I was told to keep mine in 24-7 only take them out to brush. Ive been taking it out to eat because Im scared to bend the wires and its uncomfortable.
Im just worried taking it out everytime I eat which is ALOT lol is going to really loosen up and its not going to do its job!

I just got my retainer Nov. 15th and it feels a bit loose. I havent had any trouble with it bothering me or anything!
