...for the comments! It is hard to wear my retainers for 16 hours a day since I really need to take it off when I am working. I work for customer service so I talk a lot. And I sound like I have a really bad lisp when I talk with the retainers. So I'm just scared that my teeth may shift!

Just came back from my adjustment...MY FINAL ONE!! I will be taking these braces off next month! I'm so happy I almost cried when my Doctor told me.

I don't like the threaders because they take up so much of your tim. I use SUPER FLOSS by Oral B. It is so convenient. They already have a hard tip so you don't need to thread them, then there is a spongy floss, then the regular floss. So there are 3 parts to it. I buy them for about $2.25 a box. I ...

Went for my monthly adjustment as usual...and my doctor told me that my teeth are really looking good and I can take them off in September! I thought I would take it off in late October or even in November right before my wedding, but SEPTEMBER! Wow, that was the best thing I heard today! Yay!

Thanks for your message on my page. I see that you just got yours on yesterday! Any cut lips yet? It was really painful for me the first week or so but just remember that when your teeth are sore it means your teeth are moving, so be happy!
