I would definitely not get it removed after only six months, I've been told that ideally it should stay there as long as possible because the teeth can start to move as soon as it's gone. i'm very curious about one thing. a lot of people says that right after surgery their midlines where off but that it was fixed with braces/elastics. what i don't get about this is that i thought that they lined up the teeth in the lower jaw with the midline of the lower jaw and the teeth in the uppe...
