I've had a bite turbo on my front tooth for 9 months. My Ortho had originally said 6 months. I go tomorrow for my 4 th adjustment and not looking like it's going to come off. Just curious as to how long others had theirs. I'm beginning to feel as if it might be there my entire time in braces.

I have Damon system with custom bracket/wires and it took me about 5-6 weeks before I could notice a significant change.

I went for my third adjustment 3 days ago and was given elastics for the first time to move my midline to the correct position. It goes from my lower left front tooth to my upper right front tooth so it crosses in the front. I am only to wear at night but I now get all the talk about elastics. I did...

I just went for my second adjustment today. Square wire on bottom and a different wire on top. Ouch is right. Even with Tylenol they still ache. But 1 adjustment closer to being done! I'm excited to see where these wires will take my smile!

Anyone have issues with there molar build rubbing blisters in their tongue? I think it's the molar build up that's causing the blister but hard to tell.

No spacers. Using the custom damon system which doesn't need them. Back brackets are just a little bigger than all the other brackets.
