Thanks for the post, I'm also 27 and just got my braces a month ago. I've noticed the crackling too...its totally alarming at first but kind of addictive to push on your teeth and hear movement.

I would DEF ask the dentist... I wouldnt chance it. Congrats on the new arrival

That is awesome! April 18th at 8:30 am i get my braces put on!! It is like you are passing the torch, or maybe the conservation of braces. braces can neither be created nor destroyed haha. Congrats on being finished with your treatment.

Turns out my Orthodontist is my husbands second cousin... I am only paying $1500 for everything. Doesn't include jaw surgery though, if only he were secretly related to an Oral Surgeon too.
