Hi guys, Just thought I'd post an update!... Well I had my first follow up appointment yesterday after two weeks of having the IA fitted and I have to say I came out of there extremely pleased! My dentist showed me my original impression cast and I was really surprised by how much my teeth had moved...

P.s I've been taking mine out just for meals and having my hot drink after.
I'm not sure what the rules were on this so have been tying it in with the time its out anyway?
