It's been 25 days since I got my bottom wire changed and my front teeth have straightened up a lot. I'm very happy about it. Thanks! I see my bottom arch looks a little wider and my teeth are straightening out. I had taken a pic of my top arch but it wasn't a good angle.

I go back to get my braces tightened on October 22nd.

My first visit was after 7 weeks, and my next visit is scheduled for 8 weeks.

Today, I got my bottom wire changed but not the top. I guess it's because my bottom teeth need more work. Although it hurt to eat afterwards, it wasn't as bad as when I first got my braces installed.

A few days ago, I ate a hot dog that was cooked in my Nuwave oven. When I bit into it, I heard a crack. I'm not sure what the crack was, but I'm thinking it loosened some of the cement on a bracket. Nice progress! Your bottom teeth are really moving into place. Gives me hope that mine will do that soon.

I baked and tried kale chips for the first time last night. O-M-G (Maybe I'm being dramatic but it was that bad). I took a look in the mirror and was so glad I ate them when no one was around. Green pieces were everywhere. Even after rinsing, they were still there.
