I had a problem at the beginning where it rubbed the inside of my cheek one side. I had a close look and on the spring there was a tiny sharp bit which I was able to just turn around a bit to make it face my teeth - does that make sense? I've got composite on the back of both of my front teeth, quite large blobs actually, and one on the back of the tooth next to them.
