Hi:) How are you getting on your second day? What colour bands have you got on? I cant believe you had salad for lunch. You are so lucky to be able to bite. I am still on soft food so soups and rice. Trying to stay away from icecreams and shakes so I loose some weight Have a nice weekend

Lorsa, extra water inteake is good but probably the bathroom breaks are more frequent too! and not only to brush the teeth:) I will remember your tip regarding water swishing!
