Some days are certainly better than others. My mouth gets incredibly dry as well but I feel that much of that has to do with the amount of water I drink throughout the day. None on my back molars...yet. The ortho told me I'm going to have brackets attached sometime in the not too distant future which is something I'm not looking forward to at all. My molar area is where I experience most of my discomfort.
