Hi, I use denture tablets, i only use half a tablet and soak them until I use them at night. It makes sure there are squeaky clean and no bacteria looming anywhere. Cheap too!

Yey, super story, and your teeth look fab! I'm only a few days into my retainers, and it is sooooooooooo nice not getting food stuck in my braces! It's great to have straight teeth, I'm in my 40's and wish I had done it years ago! Happy smiling

Essix Retainers arrived on Saturday and typically the top one did not fit! Managed the bottom one fine!
