Hey! I have in spacers right now, and it only being the second day they are a bit sore. I clench my jaw out of habit (part of the reason I'm getting braces) but since I have in my spacers, there is even more discomfort involved. What can I do to brak my clenching habit quickly?

I have experianced mild head aches with my spacers. I think it is normal.
