OK... I posted on this thread a little while ago. I felt better than you all, I felt well behaved, I felt all saintly and good. That didn't last. I'm four months (and a bit) in to treatment and... I'm probably an orthodontists worst nightmare. I have to say that I haven't broken anything yet though!...

Haha. I'm going to try living without curry for a while I think! (We'll give it a week max...) I've loved seeing all these coloured powerchains on here, I was a bit disappointed when my ortho said she only has clear!

After adjustments? I had my second adjustment yesterday and I'm so sore. It was painful for a couple of days after the first one but this one seems worse (the new powerchain is probably the culprit!) I've been thinking of trying those ones on the plastic holders (if that makes sense ) but how easy is it to get them behind the wires? I think you can get orthodontic ones, right? Is that what you mean?

How bad is it? I am so upset. I fell off my bike at the weekend and now have a cast which covers all my fingers of my left hand. It's on for at least two weeks. Flossing is literally impossible. Oh I hope so! I think it may be the pressure from the braces that makes it feel like there's stuff in my teeth all the time, no idea! I always feel like I need to brush my teeth again right after brushing them.

I finally ordered myself a Waterpik (from Amazon) which arrived today. I'm so excited about it! I tried it for the first time after lunch today.
