The molds are the worst bit really. Last time I was at my ortho they were joking about how she got custom fitted gum shields for her son's rugby team and only one of them was sick! So it sounds pretty normal to feel a bit sick xx

I've got clear power chain (they've never offered pretty colour ones ) but I only really notice staining to the very back links, not much to the front ones as it's pulled very tight around my brace xxx

They're moving fast!!!! How often are your appointments? I am finding as it's NHS sometimes it can be 7 weeks other times it can be 12-13 weeks which then I worry the brace will over compensate xx
