I had braces about 5 years ago, and literally haven't worn my retainers at all. Which I am not proud of, however they really haven't moved much at all besides two gaps. Which now I am planning to get either braces, or Invisalign to fix these gaps.

I am looking into getting braces again within this year! I had them as a kid in grade school, but didn't wear my retainer so I am looking to get them again. Good luck!

So I already made a thread about getting braces for a second time but I have some concerns. During my first treatment I wasn't very compliant, I didn't wear my elastics as instructed, didn't wear my headgear as instructed, etc. But I was just wondering if anyone thinks the treatment will be the same...

Im a newbie as well, however I already had braces but failed to follow directions very well when I was in grade school. Now 10 years down the road I am disappointed with my outcome and am looking into getting them again! My advice is to listen to your ortho haha

I had braces when I was younger, in middle school/ high school, however when I got them off I never wore my retainers. I now have several gaps again, so naturally I am considering re getting them. Thoughts?
