tbh i think he did look so much better pre-op. Plus like he said 1st the weight change is rather insignificant (your face doesn't show as much change as your body would) 2nd its mostly muscle mass. I think the "fat look" comes from the expansion. Poor guy.

Is your ortho gonna expand your palate? Also the pictures were taken under different lighting but in the second one titled "taken today" your face seems to be thinned a bit. Now Im worried for myself :((
