So, I was told I'm getting spacers put in, in a month and I've had my braces for several months now. Is this common? Or maybe I misheard them. Thanks for any info on this.

Thanks for your reply. Thing is, I got the ceramic on the top and silver on the bottom and both are killing me. My teeth seems to be moving quite rapidly. I'm wondering also of its my age? I'm 32 and have never had braces before. Well, I tried Invisalign and it did not work for my problem.

When was everyone able to eat without discomfort? It's been 6 days now and I can't even bite down on anything or chew without pain. I've resorted to just eating oatmeal and its starting to get on my nerves.

Mine cost $6,125.75 exactly and my Ortho is in Mississippi. I know sometimes price varies on the state and city. I opted for the clear upper and metal lower. It's pricey but I know in the end it's going to be worth it.

I just got my braces several days ago. May 6, at 9:30 to be exact. I noticed that my left back molar, well second to the last with the brace on it is tilting inward.
