Anyone else have any input?

If ipr can make a little change then I might just start with that. I'm also worried with my smile will be affected as well as the fact that people are reporting sunken cheeks after the treatment.

At this point im thinking about not having the extractions.

I looked on his noted and from what I could tell he was only going to use ipr to alleviate the crowding. Would 2-4mm be a noticeable amount of retraction? How much would I gain from extractions?

Yes I am currently in treatment and need to make a decision by next week! I want to make my profile less protrusive.

After a while you just come to accept it haha and it doesn't really bother you if it did in the first place.

That's the thing they don't really have any! Is that a sign of a lack of experience and should I switch to another ortho?

For those of you who failed to wear your retainer, how long did it take for your teeth to shift?
