I'm aligning my front 4 teeth the front two are crossed over. I've seen some movement already but still a way to go!

I think I'll go for the same retainer as you as the fixed one costs more to have

Thanks for replying Jen! I have a bite plane too! I put my brace in today and I'm finding the more I wear it the easy speaking becomes. The soreness isn't so bad now :) I can't wait to start seeing results. How are you finding the retainers are you going to get the fixed bar behind your teeth? Nic x

I'm 5 weeks into the expander, got used to talking with it in but not seen much movement yet. Have another 6 weeks then a check up fingers crossed I will be on my way to the actual Inman then.
