Notice the gap between my front teeth now open!

I've had my braces for 2 weeks now and have yet to experience any real pain. I too was really worried too but it's honestly not that bad. SPACERS were the devil and 10x worst!!

I find myself clenching my jaws a lot more now that I've gotten braces as if I need anymore cause for headache

I'm 1.5 weeks end with the same issue. My left canine hits the bottom bracket. I just chew as normally as I can

Just got braces on Monday and I'm having the exact same issue. Mack's silicone ear plugs have been a God send. I got them at CVS and use it in place of wax
