I'd love to show you pictures of the splint but I didn't take any pics. It wasn't terribly attractive! Ha.

Waterpik, flossers, Listerine total care, wax, water bottle, travel toothbrush and some small brushes.

I was told to use the Listerine total care right before bed and not to have anything to drink after. So I am thinking you probably should not rinse with water after?

I just started using Acceledent on 06-Aug. I think it's going okay so far. I am not feeling too much pain after getting metal braces top and bottom, just a bit achy.

I just got my braces on 06-Aug and I am finding it very difficult to eat since only my front teeth touch and the back molars (which are a dental splint). Luckily no metallic taste, I guess!
