It's kind of hard to tell from just that pic alone, but to me I can't see how your upper jaw is recessed. How is your bite? If this is something you are worried about, go seek some opinions of oral surgeons in your area.

Thanks for the tip unleezno. After i ate those eggs I felt something stuck in there, so i swished some water around but it was still stuck. Tried to dislodge it with one of those orthodontic fuzzy picks and got most of it, but there were other particles I could see that I just couldn't reach. Guess ...

Haha thanks snapdresser, I said though that I tried using a waterpik, it kind of just shot the food debris further into the splint though.
