My teeth have gotten so lovely! Totally used to the braces now and as usual, my flossing has dwindled to about once ever other day. HORRIBLE! I know... I've been in elastics a couple of months. when i finish dislodging pieces of food from my braces, i like to guess which food it is...."there's the corn...yuck...turkey...spinach casserole..."

It's disgusting, but hey, ya gotta eat! Ya gotta clean your braces! And ya gotta have some fun while doing it!

Only had my braces on about two weeks...I've noticed recently that when I bit down on certain teeth, they crunch..it's like they're readjusting themselves. It's odd. Anyone else experience this?

It's not painful, just sort of funny.

I've totally adjusted to my braces and am happy to report that my teeth aren't hurting at all now. Of course my 1st adjustment is in a few weeks, so I know more pain is to come. And I shall be prepared with liquid gel tylenol or something similar. I've been good about keeping my mouth clean. I floss...

Pain has all but disappeared. Feeling good now! My teeth have definitely moved a little bit. My lowers are very tight. I can't even floss between some of them. Woo hoo. I gotta get the pokey wires clipped ASAP. They're sticking out just enough to be painful. I've been putting wax on all four ends. I...

Yeah, you can eat with it on. But it may come off. If you swallow it, that's perfectly okay. Silicone wax may stay on better...I'll be getting some soon. Wax is my best friend too.

So far, I don't feel any pain. The assistant was very gentle when she put my molar bands on...thank goodness! I could've kissed her for that!

I've got my spacers in...lost one a few days ago. Whatever. My ortho can file that tooth to make room...

Been eating everthing I can't or shouldn't eat with my braces on.... I'm starting to get really sick of Cheetos and the like. Hahaha! Ugh...I just ate a bunch for breakfast. I should have known better. Ah well, on to the Hershey Kisses, which are allowed with braces! Woo hoo! I bought some soft food...

My bite feels completely off. It was not correct to begin with, but it feels even worse. I guess it's the spacers? *shrugs*

Eating fine mostly. I eat what I want to and deal with it.
