Hi Treece. Hopefully your speech will get better, I still have trouble saying j's and ch's! I have my next set of impressions in a week so hopefully not much longer to go with the expander. I've got a lot of lovely gaps appearing and photos of me aren't too cracky lol.

I've definitely lost a few pounds. I have to take my brace out to eat so it means I have to brush, floss and mouth wash every time. It's such a chore it's made me cut out snacking which isn't a bad thing. Weight watchers members would love these things lol!

Saw my orthodontist today and she says I can have my next set of impressions done in 3 weeks as my expander has worked so well! Not long until I get my IA fitted!!

Sorry Treece don't know anything about bonding. How are you getting on with your aligner? cant wait to get mine on but am needing expansion first so am suffering with an arch expander for a couple of months.

Hi RWB. I've started reading through some of the posts, loads of info on here. It's good to note that the weird gaps appearing and loose feeling teeth are quite normal! Finding it hard to chew but it's doing my diet a world of good!
