You could be right,
I thought it was weird the Ortho calling a rubber band a
power chain.
Ren what are your power chains like ?
are they tiny little clear rubber bands ?

Oh yeah I forgot to tell you all I already swallowed one

I got a power chain on Feb 28 and what a pain this is
it hurt really bad for about a week and
I have to remove it whenever I want to eat and then put it back on
I hope I dont have to do this or to long.
I wonder why thay call it a power chain it's just a rubber band

$4600 for my braces thats after my parents paid $1500 to correct my bite

I had 4 adult teeth pulled about year before
I got my braces and I didnt get that at all

What is dry socket ?

I broke a wire yesterday too and have to wait til Monday to see the ortho, I'm lucky it's not hurting me

so far this is what works for me

Wow! You got a Sonicare Elite in your goodie bag, I got a small Crest toothpaste a crest toothbrush some of those red pills and wax.......
Anyway I use sonicare and have had no problems and my ortho said I shouldnt have any with sonicare.
