oral B 3D whitening toothpaste and colgate total.. i also use neutrafluor 5000 toothpaste at night

I had this too after a dental check up, even water was making sharp pain run through your face. Changed to a sensitive toothpaste which didn't do much but it eventually went away after a few weeks.

frozen blueberries, raspberries, kale, banana, yoghurt, milk, LSA powder, chia seeds, raw cocoa powder and ice-cream if there's no yoghurt and ice in the summer.

I've eaten hard lollies, popcorn, blocks of chocolate, nuts - pretty much everything on the DO NOT eat list lol.
Only thing i have not tried is gum as i do not want to pick it all out of my mouth!

since i got braces, I've started to grind my teeth at night which has created chipped teeth and most likely another problem after i get them off :(

these flossers are a godsent and my favourite tool to floss with .. i would be flossing for hours if i didn't have them. I had to order them online from the USA as they are not stocked anywhere in Australia.

The ACT braces mouthwash has been great.. been using it since i got braces 8 months ago, its a very soothing taste and no burning aftertaste. Wish they would stock it in Australia as i bought it online and no equivalent that is readily available in Australian supermarkets
