Surgery in 5 days!

HI,I'm 26 and have been in braces for over a year now. I'm getting Lower and upper jaw surgery on the 3rd and i'm extremely scared and nervous. Just wondering if i could get any helpful advice or tips to make this a bit easier or kinda what to expect from someone who has actually had it done. thanks...

wow! that's so great your surgery went so well. I am having lower jaw surgery in either november or december and i've been so nervous and scared thinking about it but after reading your posts i feel much more at ease! Well once again, congrats on your surgery!

Hi! i have tricare and am having surgery in nov. or december. The only reason my surgery is covered is because i'm having it done at a naval hospital. Otherwise i would have had to pay. have you tried to see if Tricare will take a letter from your orthodontist stating why you need the surgery? Good ...
