I'm having real trouble myself flossing, attempted for the first time last night (second night in braces) but couldn't get the floss anywhere near most of my teeth because my archwire is practically ontop of my gum line! if ur having trouble getting it under the wire, get a floss threader or they have floss with built in threaders like oral b superfloss(kinna thick and shreds) or glide threader floss(heard is better), but even with those for me too much time n work to do evertday...so just ordered a waterpik :) Yea...

Hello, there! Listen, I'm not gonna lie. My bottoms bothered me when I got them put on. I, too, got my bottom arch braced about 2 months after I got the tops. When I got the bottom braces on I was MISERABLE for about a WEEK. I wanted to yank them out of my mouth! I kept gnawing on my wallet to soot...

Thanks! Spacers haven't been too bad this time around. A little sore, but actually less than the tops were Bottoms come Wednesday.

8 months after and i still can't bite well with my front teeth. i prefer to cut things with my hands first. after adjustments i have difficult time biting soft food too.. :ThumbsDown: :ThumbsDown: for sure!!!
