Hi Kat,
Did some skiing last winter sans mouth guard, but I always wear a helmet. Hopefully I'll fall on my noggin instead of my face LOL. As Joe Mama said I found my mouth got cold , but popped on a neck warmer and things were much better. Here's to your having fun on the slopes this season !

As of Sept. 5 I am brace free YAHOO !!Hawleys top and bottom 24/7 for six months , 16 hours for 6 months and then nightly. My ortho said i'll be debanded , have impressions done and sent directly to the lab. I'm to pop back after lunch and the retainers will be done then.Sept 5 is the big day Yahooo.

How often do you have to visit the ortho once your retainer is fitted ? I'm to be debanded, and get my retainer the same morning. Thanks to all the naked tooth peeps out there
