The problem i speak with 2 ortho one of u dont need double jaw only genioplasty. Other say before cepholemtric radiograph u need 4 extraction for that lips. Then i said ithink problem is jaws. is there anyone who had same problem. i want jaw surgery for overbite but mb its not possible cuz of my lower flared teeths.

im 20 male. Im not sure what i must go for improve my profile and teeth. I go 2 orthodontist and one of them say my profile normal other say 4 extraction with surgery or 4 extraction without surgery he want extract my 4 premolar anyway.
