Does anyone have any other food suggestions of what to eat? We have currently stocked up on applesauce, yogurt, top ramen(to cook), soup, pudding, and ice cream...these arent all healthy....but any others to eat? wut foods and/or drinks should i stay away from? can i have coffee drinks like frapps o...

I am looking in to buying a waterpik and a lip/brace gaurd. Do they work good? has anyone purchased either of them... Let me know what you think. and if they work good! thanks

Ya my dentist is the same way. When i got my braces put on i was in the chair with 2 other ppl watching...creepy.... Ya but i am self-conscious too.
