Theodent is a Fluoride free toothpaste that uses theobromine, a derivative of chocolate. They have some amazing studies. I believe in Fluoride just letting everyone know there is a Fluoride free option and its researched backed.

ask your ortho how often you are changing aligners? Everything should go pretty smooth and If the trays aren't fitting call and schedule a checkup.

If you use the waterpik, the studies have shown the best results come with mixing half water half Listerine.

I personally wouldn't let he/she take my braces off until I was happy. Retainers can move a little. The only thing with retainer movement, is how stable is it? You paid for it, get it right.

How long has she been in treatment? Looks like baby teeth were pulled. Unfortunately the cards have been delt here and your just going to have to hang on. The clinician probably could have waited and shortened her treatment time and kept you from this stage IMO, but your here now so keep telling her...

You should be concerned, If your chief complaint was your cuspids drifted towards your gums there is a high chance for relapse. Letting your bite settle with no retention? They could make you a retainer that wraps around your teeth (wrap-around Hawley) that would allow your bite to settle but still ...
