Maybe you could ask your orthodontist for some advice next time you visit? It might just be fine if you take them out for a bit. As long as you make sure to wear them every other day you're supposed to then it might be fine. Definitely ask your ortho though! Good luck

Congrats on having such great progress! I love looking back on my progress pictures. I feel much more confident now even with braces on than I did before with bad teeth! Good luck with the rest of your treatment!

Don't worry about others! At least you are being proactive about the problem and are fixing it! I think people will realize that too.
