Hello guys I am on day 50 double jaw surgery, yesterday I was on the basketball court dribbling and shooting around. I did jump maybe about 10 times. Will that affect the healing? I didn't feel any pain at all.

Yea It was a quick 15 min workout and I work on my bicep with medium weight so I did not clench my teeth.

Hi guys, I'm on day 45 post op double jaw surgery, and I went to the gym to lift. Did 3 sets of forearm curls and 3 exercises of bicep curls with medium heavy weights. Would u guys say it's too early to be lifting? Or is it okay by this point?

I am on day 37 post op for double jaw surgery. Some days i still feel aches and pain on my cheeks and under my ears like a bruise feeling. Is this normal? Im wondering how long it took you guys to fully recover and feeling no aches and pain.

Okay i just got back from my appointment, my surgeon looked inside my throat and said there is no sign of infection. He said that my nose draining through a very small hole and it ill take time for it to stop

I'm not on medication anymore. I took clindamycin for the first 2 weeks. It's strange because I don't feel any pain and no sore throat. I'm going to have an appointment with my surgeon today. I hope it's not an infection.
