It probably depends on your treatment. My visit was scheduled for 6 weeks after I picked up my second set of trays.

Hi all,
I've found the perfect solution (that works for me). I was on Amazon.com searching for an outtie (removal tool) and one of the reviewers suggested that people try the Reach Flosser instead. I picked one up and it is a Godsend!

I totally feel your pain! I am also a grazer. I'm only on tray 2 and as I type this response, I am sitting at work starving. The optimal amount of time that the trays should stay in is 22 hours. That doesn't allow a lot of time for snacking. I started sucking on sugarless mints and stepped up my wat...

Invisalign Tray Removal Tips
Hi everyone, I'm on day 2 of my first set of trays, and I have a very long way to go - about 3 years. I am seriously struggling with removing my trays. The lower tray is much harder to remove than the upper tray. I have six buttons so far - two wouldn't stay on so I'm going back to have them attache...
