Is it harmful to wear double rubberbands? My lower spaces are being VERY stubborn, and one is almost closed.. I'm supposed to get them off in August (finished or not) and I would prefer to have these closed and done with so we can move on! But at the same time I don't want to harm my teeth or gums.....

Anytime I brush.... I use "Listerine Pre-Brush Rinse" for 1-2 minutes, then my sonicare for 2 minutes, and an occasional floss.... i sound terrible compared to you people! Good job!

See if your ortho has white wire ties, thats what i have and i love them. now the only staining i have to worry about is my powerchain (it turns green after awhile!) ugh.

Ah I thought I was the only one! I sound like I have a lisp, and I hate reading aloud (which is something I used to enjoy doing) now. I've had my braces for 11 months and it hasnt gone away in the slightest, and i talk a lot so it isnt like im not trying to get rid of it. Grrr!!
