I am just wondering if you do get braces again is it risky for the enamel? Is the glue and bands gonna harm the teeth? I am just wondering cause it seems like doing it twice may cause the enamel to weaken or show those white spots.

Hey Chris, me and you are in the same boat. I had an open bite as well... turns out the front teeth are fine but the back teeth dont meet.... is that normal for the back molars to not touch? Has your ortho commented on it? My ortho hasnt said anything about my bite.

Are you not biting down on purpose in the last 2 pics? I am trying to find the movements in the teeth but I dont see any. The bite looks different but I dunno if your biting down or just showing alignment. Other then that, the teeth look just as straight to me.

Mine are achy and its been about 10 months! I just got my retainer adjusted and my teeth are sore! I wouldn't worry... It hasnt been that long for you yet, your teeth are still adjusting.
